The Site Safety Representative, the contractor, the Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) or his/her nominated rep-resentative for safety should then request to accompany the Insp-ector on the tour of inspection (except when he/she is investigating an accident). Inspectors will, following the site inspection, provide a copy of a report or any notice, in writing, to the contractor, the |
Project Supervisor (Construction Stage) or his/her nominated rep-resentative for safety and the Site Safety Representative, and others as appropriate (except for doc-uments relating to legal proceedings or to individuals). Facilities should be made available if requested for private consultation between the Ins-pector and the Site Safety Rep-resentative. |
